Best game I have bought but...

Ive been playing for quite a while now, this game is very addicting in my opinion since Im trying to get up in the Russian dancing men leader board, but Ive noticed one of the songs doesnt count me in the leader boards ("Trevor"). If that could be fixed this game would definitely be my favourite. Also I do not get achievements for beating the game on "HARD" or "ARRRGH" difficulty.
